Selling Greenhouses For A Living
My father was a farmer and I worked with him everyday on our field as a child and into my teenage years. I found the time that I worked with him to be invaluable and he taught many different things from the cycles that came with farming, tending and harvesting different plants. I had a love for flowers as well and so when I wasn't working on our farm, I decided to get a job selling greenhouses. I enjoyed it so much. We did everything from selling wholesale greenhouse supplies to other supplies that anyone needed while building or maintaining their greenhouses. I learned a lot about a different kind of tending. The nurturing of things that were beautifu and werent harvested was something that spoke to my heart.
During my time connecting with other greenhouse manufacturers, I found that their were specialty greenhouses. One company in particular, griffin greenhouse supplies, had the most amazing greenhouse structures because they tended to plants that had special growing needs. I kept in touch with them often and a relationship was created. I loved learning about how to care for anything that was rooted deep in the earth. I was able to take some of my training how with me to apply on our farm. We started to see our crops change for the better. They were richer and healthier and my father was really proud of me.
As I advertised the greenhouses for sale, on the internet, I was able to create a link that let people ask questions about their needs. Everyday I checked that link and there were many different questions about needs that people had. I was able to give them informed and concise answers and refer them to different greenhouse suppliers if that was what they needed.
We saw a lot more business generated because of this and I knew that my boss would be happy with everything that was happening. As our sales grew, I knew that I was being groomed for higher management in the company. It was so nice to know that my love for earthy things was going to give me a stable employment.
